Update on Tufts at Tech Entry Information

Tufts at Tech is serving clients with scheduled appointments from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m Monday through Friday. At this time, we are not able to accept walk-ins.

  • For everyone’s safety, we follow strict COVID-19 protocols with the intent of providing patient care. 
  • We have reduced the number of daily appointment slots to help ensure the safety of everyone. 
  • Clients are not allowed to enter the clinic. 
  • Please wear a face mask and maintain a safe 6-foot social distance from others.

Upon arriving for a scheduled appointment:

  • Please call the clinic phone number at 508-751-7670 to alert staff to your arrival. 
  • We ask that you not leave a voicemail but continue to call until you reach a staff member or walk up to the reception window that is immediately to the left of the main entrance (please do not enter the building) to let the staff know that you are here
  • Please wait in your car or in the designated waiting area. 
  • We will call you to obtain history information and verbal consent for any procedure or treatments required. 
  • Please note: walk-in appointments are not permitted at this time.

If you are in need of food or medication pick up, please follow the appropriate line to our cashier window for payment and pick up. As an added convenience you may now pay via credit/debit card in person or over the telephone.
