The Department of Comparative Pathobiology at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine offers a complete menu of expert pathology services including histology, immunohistochemistry, pathology reports, and consults.
Our staff of highly experienced, ASCP certified histotechnologists are ready to work with you to serve your research and investigative needs.
Our services include trimming wet tissues and processing to paraffin blocks, frozen tissue sectioning, H&E staining, unstained slides, specialty histochemical stains, and immunohistochemistry.
Our state-of-the-art fully automated processing immunohistochemistry allows for a rapid turnaround at no extra cost. We work closely with investigators to meet their specific immunohistochemical needs for all species. In addition to the over 30 routinely used canine, feline, and equine antibodies, we have over 100 validated antibodies on Non-human primates and over 300 on human, mice, and other species.
